Optiroute Logistics, in partnership with Bright Flag Recruiting, is looking for experienced CDL Class A Team OTR Truck Drivers for runs based in Greenwood, IN. If you have experience with FedEx, Western Express, Dollar General, Amazon, Werner, or similar companies, we want to hear from you!

Position Details: 

• Schedule: 
  • Full-Time, team-based runs.   
  • Tuesday-Saturday
• Shift Details: 
  • Dispatch Time: 3:00 am from Greenwood, IN terminal.    
  • Drivers must be able to dispatch within two hours. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• We are seeking established teams of drivers who have experience working together. If you and your driving partner are looking for a new opportunity as a team, we’d love to hear from you! 
• Valid Class A CDL with 1+ year of recent tractor-trailer experience. 
• Doubles endorsement and prior experience are a plus but not required. 
• Clean driving record and strong knowledge of DOT regulations. 
• A professional attitude, focus on safety, and excellent communication skills. 

Your Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate tractor-trailers and doubles efficiently and safely. 
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance. 
• Transport goods for FedEx Ground Contractors reliably. 
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and your team. 
• Maintain accurate logs and provide exceptional customer service.
