KRM Trucking is looking for skilled Class FedEx Ground Class A CDL OTR Team Drivers to join our team in Independence, KY.

  • Earn 80 CPM, with a $1,700 weekly guarantee if sufficient miles are not available through team runs and solo work.
    • Important: If a driver refuses a run or is unavailable for dispatch, the weekly guarantee will be forfeited.

About the Position:

• Dispatch Locations: Independence, KY (Station #406) or Greenwood, IN (Station #474).
• Routes Available: Undedicated/Wild.
• Weekly Miles: Average 5,000 per week.
• Home Time: Run 5-6 days out, with 1-2 days home.
• Drive the latest 2024 Freightliner Western Star Automatic Sleeper Team Trucks.

What We’re Looking For:

• We are seeking established teams of drivers who have experience working together. If you and your driving partner are looking for a new opportunity as a team, we’d love to hear from you!
• Valid Class A CDL with 1+ year of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• Doubles endorsement and prior experience are a plus but not required.
• Clean driving record and strong knowledge of DOT regulations.
• A professional attitude, focus on safety, and excellent communication skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tractor-trailers and doubles efficiently and safely.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Transport goods for FedEx Ground Contractors reliably.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and your team.
• Maintain accurate logs and provide exceptional customer service.
