We are now hiring part-time CDL A solo drivers in Wilmington, MA! Whether you're looking for weekend shifts, weekday flexibility, or extra miles to supplement your income, we’ll do our best to accommodate your availability.

If you have experience driving for companies like FedEx, Western Express, Dollar General, Amazon, or Werner, you may be a great fit!

Compensation & Benefits 

• Competitive Pay – Earn $0.72 CPM
• No Touch Freight – Drop and hook only for maximum efficiency.

Route & Scheduling Details:

• Part-time flexibility – Ideal for covering call-outs, contingency, and uncovered routes.
• Weekend & Weekday Opportunities – We’ll work with your availability.
• Home Daily – Enjoy consistent local runs.
• PM Dispatch – Routes typically start around 7:00 PM.
• Travel Between Terminals – Drivers should be able to commute to Billerica, Wilmington, and Manchester for maximum route availability.
• Reliable Equipment – Drive Freightliner Cascadia sleepers, model year 2019 or newer.

Qualifications 

• 2 years of verifiable Tractor-Trailer driving experience in the last 3 years. 

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record- No accidents or tickets in the past 3 years. 

• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. 

• Must hold a valid Medical Card. 

• No felonies or drug-related misdemeanors in the last 10 years. 

• Active CDL-A required, double endorsement with experience strongly preferred 

• No At-Fault Fatality Accidents ever. 

• Complete Background Check, MVR Screening, login to Clearinghouse, and take a Drug Test.
