Bright Flag Recruiting has partnered with a local company and have immediate openings for delivery drivers. Our delivery drivers will be operating by delivering to local residents and businesses in the Norcross, GA area. We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of a team! As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to our valued customers. This role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting, the ability to load and unload pallets using a pallet jack, and proficiency in operating a manual transmission vehicle. No CDL license is required!

This position is ideal for those who enjoy the freedom of the open road, take pride in providing exceptional customer service, and are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Terminal Address: 6265 Atlantic Blvd, Norcross, GA

Right now the Delivery business is getting a lot bigger! We need people who are willing to go the extra mile for the customers!! If you can work extra hours and extra days, we are looking for you!!

Work Hours: The terminal is open seven days a week. Full time is working five days a week including at least one day a weekend!!! 8:00 am - Delivery Completion, typically between (5-7 pm). Part-Time people will be working mostly weekends.

Delivery Driver Benefits:

• Weekly Paycheck!
• $650.00 to $1050.00 per week pay with the opportunity for a performance bonus (after training, you will be making $150.00 a day. After a 90 days review, you could make more money)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, maintaining their condition upon arrival.
• Keep detailed records of deliveries, completing all required paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company safety and maintenance standards.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety on the road.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address and resolve any delivery issues.
• Work collaboratively with other drivers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and operate a pallet jack.
• Proficient in driving a manual transmission vehicle through congested areas.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in delivery schedules.
• Prior experience with courier services is a plus.
