Job Description

Posting on behalf of North Florida Couriers, Bright Flag Recruiting is looking for dedicated full-time Delivery Route Drivers in the Jacksonville area. Drivers will operate out of the local terminal and will deliver packages to residences and businesses. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to our valued customers. No CDL license is required! 

Terminal Location: 13509 Waterworks St. Jacksonville, FL 32221

Pay: $165 per day 

Schedule: 5 days per week - we are open 7 days a week! Weekends are required

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, maintaining their condition upon arrival. 

• Keep detailed records of deliveries.

• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.

• Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety on the road. 

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address and resolve any delivery issues. 

• Work collaboratively with other drivers to optimize delivery routes and schedules. 

Qualifications and Experience: 

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 

• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and operate a pallet jack. 

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems on the go. 

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in delivery schedules. 
  
  
• Prior experience with courier services is a plus.
