Job Description

Bright Flag on behalf of RCX Logistics is looking for dedicated full-time Delivery Route Drivers in the Durham, NC area. Drivers will operate out of the local terminal and will deliver packages to residences and businesses.

This position is ideal for those who enjoy the freedom of the open road, take pride in providing exceptional customer service, and are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Location: 4357 S. ALSTON AVE, Durham, NC 27713

Pay: $160-$200 per day depending on prior experience

Schedule: 5-day work week | Weekend Availability Required | 8:00 am to delivery completion (usually around 5pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, maintaining their condition upon arrival.
Keep detailed records of deliveries, completing all required paperwork accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company safety and maintenance standards.
Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety on the road.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address and resolve any delivery issues.
Work collaboratively with other drivers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and operate a dolly.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in delivery schedules.
Prior experience with courier services is a plus.
