Job Description

Bright Flag has partnered with a company that is hiring dedicated full-time Delivery Route Drivers in the Strafford MO area. Drivers will operate out of the local terminal and will deliver packages to residences and businesses. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to our valued customers. No CDL license is required!

Class E license required! 

Terminal Location: 2700 North Mulroy Road, Strafford, MO 65757

Pay: Starting at $140/day with opportunity for bonuses and raises!

$250 Sign On BONUS after 90 days!

Schedule: 4-day work week; 10-hour shifts | Every other Saturday required

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, maintaining their condition upon arrival.
• Keep detailed records of deliveries, completing all required paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company safety and maintenance standards.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety on the road.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address and resolve any delivery issues.
• Work collaboratively with other drivers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and operate a pallet jack.
• Proficient in driving a manual transmission vehicle through congested areas.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in delivery schedules.
• Prior experience with courier services is a plus.
