Job Description

We are looking for dedicated full-time Delivery Route Drivers in the Salina, KS area. Drivers will operate out of the local terminal and will deliver packages to residences and businesses.

Terminal Location: 3660 Scanlan Ave. Salina, KS 67401

Pay: $150-$180/day

Schedule: 5-day work week; Flexible Schedule | Every other Saturday required | 8am – Delivery Completion (around 4:00pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, maintaining their condition upon arrival.
• Keep detailed records of deliveries, completing all required paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company safety and maintenance standards.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety on the road.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address and resolve any delivery issues.
• Work collaboratively with other drivers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in delivery schedules.
• Prior experience with courier services is a plus.
