Job Description

We are searching for an IT Technician to join a dynamic and growing Managed Service Provider. In this position, you will provide onsite and remote IT support with exceptional customer service.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical issues independently, including:
  • Workstation operating system issues.
  • Printer issues.
  • Business application issues, for example, Office.
  • Common business application issues, for example, Sage and QuickBooks, and more specialized applications with vendor support.
  • Basic and intermediate server issues.
  • Basic and intermediate networking issues.
  • Answer incoming Quick Fix calls.
Job Qualifications:
  • Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
  • 2+ years of experience with helpdesk support or similar.
  • Skilled in application troubleshooting, PC deployments/imaging, and user profile management.
  • Basic knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Network architecture, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in supporting Office 365, MS Office, Adobe, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications.
  • Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is preferred.
  • Active IT Certifications are preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle that you can use for traveling to and from client sites and the office.
