Job Description

We are searching for ​an Accounts Payable Specialist for a medical equipment manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

• Data entry of supplier invoices.
• Support check runs and payables processing.
• Support the billing department.
• Enter journal entries into the general journal.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general ledger.
• Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Deadline and detail oriented.
