We are searching for a Customer Service Flight Specialist to provide post-purchase support of travel arrangements to ensure successful travel for customers. In this position, you will support the operations department to coordinate shows, hotels, and tour changes and cancellations, as well as payment verification and fraud activities. To be successful in this position, you must have experience with one or more for the following global distribution systems: Worldspan, Farelogix, Galileo, Amadeus and/or Sabre.
*Training for this position will be onsite in Las Vegas, NV for the first 3 months, and will then turn into a remote role.
*This is a temporary to a permanent position. Upon going permanent you will be eligible for a $500/month bonus.
