Job Description
We are searching for an Operations Coordinator to assist with administrative duties for an industrial displays company. The Operation Coordinator will perform various administrative tasks including audit documentation, inside sales, logistics operation, and other general administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Update inventory status, draft, and complete electronic audit sheets, and coordinate annual inventory audits with headquarters
- Ensure accurate audits to prevent inventory discrepancy and research and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Draft various shipping documents, ensure correct documentation, and communicate with headquarters and customers as needed
- Schedule both inbound and outbound shipments with forwarder, trucking company, freight brokerage, and customers to ensure on-time delivery
- Complete bookkeeping and overall accounting duties as assigned
