Job Description
We are searching for a Technical Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between the sales team and clients by providing guidance for technical queries and relaying complex information in an understandable manner. The Technical Sales Engineer should be a motivated self-starter who is passionate about helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and maintain new projects
- Answer technical questions about gaming display hardware and software
- Perform product demonstration for customers
- Assist customers with installation and configuration
- Work directly with customers to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
- Assist engineering teams by escalating and demonstrating customer concerns until a solution is found
- Add to and improve technical documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business field
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
- 2 years of experience is preferred but not required
- Fluency in Korean preferred
