RN – Primary Care | Manchester, NH

Location: 775 S Main St., Manchester, NH
Setting: Outpatient Primary Care (new practice opening September 2026)

Schedule:

FT, 40 hrs/week
Monday-Friday
Flexible: 4x10s or 5x8s
Initial office hours: 7:30 AM-5:00 PM
Office expanding to 7:00 PM in November with an additional provider
No nights, weekends, or major holidays

Requirements:

Active RN license
Minimum 1 year RN experience
Outpatient/ambulatory experience preferred, inpatient experience considered

Responsibilities:

Phone triage
Patient education
Review test results
Nurse visits
Rooming patients as needed
Prior authorizations
Point-of-care testing
Medication and immunization administration

Compensation:

$31.39-$50.22/hr based on experience and internal equity
$10,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 at 3 months, $2,500 at 6 months, $5,000 at 12 months)
