About the Role

As an OR Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing safe, individualized care to patients in the surgical suite. Working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow nursing staff, you will ensure each patient receives accurate, high-quality care throughout their perioperative experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
• Review preoperative checklists with the Pre-Op RN to confirm all requirements are met prior to surgery.
• Circulate and scrub during surgical procedures as assigned.
• Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring safe, compassionate care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Active RN license.
• At least 1 year of OR experience preferred.
