Job Description

Join a compassionate, close-knit healthcare team at a critical access hospital nestled in the scenic beauty of northern New Hampshire. We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care on the Medical/Surgical Unit.

About the Role

As a key member of the patient care team, you’ll use your clinical expertise and compassionate approach to ensure excellent outcomes and a supportive environment for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct, comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process.
  • Triage patients, assess symptoms, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, monitor for reactions, and evaluate patient responses.
  • Document all care activities, treatments, and progress toward goals.
  • Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and discharge instructions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
