A state-of-the-art Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center located in Southern New Hampshire is actively seeking a Part-Time Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join its growing team. This modern ASC serves both pediatric and adult patients and offers a wide range of surgical specialties. With advanced technology and a patient-centered environment, the facility is committed to delivering high-quality, efficient, and compassionate surgical care.

Position Summary

The Operating Room RN will be responsible for providing safe and effective nursing care within the surgical suite. This role involves close collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for patients undergoing various procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulates and scrubs for a variety of surgical procedures, including general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, thoracic, bariatric, colorectal, and vascular cases.
• Assesses patient needs and develops individualized care plans.
• Reviews pre-operative checklists to ensure all surgical requirements are met before transport.
• Acts as a patient advocate, delivering compassionate care based on thorough assessments.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation and communicates effectively with the surgical team.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Active RN license.
• Prior experience in an operating room or ambulatory surgery center is required.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Part-Time, Permanent
• Schedule: Two 10-hour shifts per week (Tuesday & Friday or Wednesday & Friday)
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
