Are you an experienced critical care nurse looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact? A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and team dedicated to providing compassionate, high-acuity care to patients and families during their most vulnerable moments.

As an ICU RN, you’ll deliver exceptional, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population, collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, and play an essential role in stabilizing, treating, and supporting critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, interpret clinical data, and plan individualized interventions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects
• Accurately document patient care, progress, and responses to treatment
• Educate patients and families about care plans, treatments, and post-discharge recovery
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure continuity and quality of care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of critical care experience required
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (nights or day/night rotation)
