Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, clinically versatile Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in fast-paced settings, enjoys variety, and excels at adapting to the needs of different inpatient units. You’ll have the opportunity to broaden your experience across multiple care areas while contributing to safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care across a variety of acute care and critical care units
• Perform comprehensive assessments, interpret clinical data, and implement evidence-based interventions
• Develop, evaluate, and adjust individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications safely and monitor patient response
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Serve as a resource nurse and preceptor, supporting new staff and fostering unit-wide learning

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient nursing experience required

Position Details

• Permanent position
• 24-32 hours/week
• 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, days, evenings, or nights
