A reputable healthcare system in New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join one of its critical access hospitals in Western New Hampshire. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Medical/Surgical Unit, working closely with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary care team.

About the Role

As a Med/Surg RN, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with a wide range of medical conditions. You’ll build meaningful therapeutic relationships, exercise strong clinical judgment, and support patients throughout their hospital stay and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct patient history-taking and physical assessments; interpret findings and plan appropriate interventions.
• Document all care provided and monitor progress toward clinical goals.
• Educate patients and families about the plan of care and post-discharge needs.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and accurately.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active RN license
