A reputable healthcare facility that provides complex medical and educational care to children in Western New Hampshire is searching for a Nurse Manager to join its team! In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to clinical personnel, ensuring consistent care and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain staff assignments.
• Support and collaborate with nursing staff to address needs and concerns.
• Provide performance feedback and guidance to clinical personnel.
• Complete documentation for admissions, discharges, quarterly/annual summaries, and Medicaid evaluations.
• Participate in creating individualized care plans.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Active RN License
• Prior leadership experience is required.
