A highly reputable healthcare system in Massachusetts is searching for Registered Nurses for its Behavioral Health Unit. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation. Responsibilities:

• Obtain and document health history, vital signs, and health risk factors.
• Administer medications, monitor, and document treatment progress and patient response.
• Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and care after discharge.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
• Maintain and review patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• A BSN is preferred.
• Active RN License.

Additional information:

• Permanent position
• Part-time, 24 hours/week, evenings or nights,
• Per diem schedule available; must work 2 shifts per month
