Job Description

A highly reputable healthcare system in Massachusetts is searching for Registered Nurses for its Intensive Care Unit (ICU). In this role, you will provide quality care for critically ill patients by utilizing the nursing process and creating a caring and supportive environment for families. Additionally, you will assess, plan, treat, and evaluate nursing care for patients within the unit and work collaboratively with other healthcare team members. Responsibilities:

• Provide quality care in the ICU.
• Perform comprehensive and timely patient assessments and reassessments.
• Formulate individualized care plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Perform timely evaluations and recognize changes in patient conditions.
• Administer medications as instructed, monitor reactions, and document progress to desired results.
• Maintain and review patient records and charts, including tests and examination results.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• A BSN is preferred.
• Active RN License.

Additional information:

• Part-time or per diem, permanent position
• Part-time schedule: 2x12, 7p-730a
• Per diem schedule available; must work 2 shifts per month
