Job Description

A prestigious healthcare system in New Hampshire is searching for a Nurse Manager to oversee its Neuro Trauma PCU. In this role, you will work closely with the unit director and be responsible for a mixture of administrative and clinical functions, including supervising & leading staff, scheduling, and providing quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the delivery of high-quality patient care and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Ensure the proper scheduling and coverage within the units.
• Direct, supervise, and evaluate patient care performed by nursing personnel.
• Coordinate the quality improvement process.
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to streamline patient flow and improve overall patient experience and staff satisfaction.

Requirements

• A BSN is required.
• Active RN License
• 5+ years of RN experience required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience required.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, NO WEEKENDS!
