Job Description

A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is searching for a Nurse Manager to oversee its Intensive Care Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for operational leadership, management of the patient care unit, staff development, and utilizing resources to improve efficiency within the unit while delivering quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient care and transitions across the unit.
• Monitor, evaluate, and revamp patient care and services provided.
• Recruit, train, and develop new and tenured staff.
• Oversee clinical nursing care, ensuring compliance with established standards of care and practice.
• Participates in and supports departmental and organizational change.

Qualifications:

• A BSN is required, and an MSN is preferred.
• Active RN License
• 3+ years of acute care experience is required.
• Prior leadership experience is preferred.
