About the Role

We are expanding our Business Development team and need to hire a Business Development Representative! In this role, you will work side-by-side with the Director of Business Development to develop new client partnerships. We have designed a strong training program that promotes growth into the Business Development Executive role, where you will own your territory and portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business development activities such as cold calling, sales, pipeline building, and setting pitch meetings.
  • Contribute to and be responsible for weekly and monthly individual & team goals.
  • Own activity-based metrics that are tied to gross margin.

Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team full-time at our office in the Greater Manchester area. In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Drive lead generation and market research efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships within the healthcare sector.
  • Promote BrettonTrova’s innovative staffing solutions to meet clients’ unique needs.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers while scheduling key meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven analytical skills and a knack for market research.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Experience in lead generation and building client relationships.
  • Confidence in making phone calls and interacting with decision-makers (phone experience preferred).
  • A track record of success in sales is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Healthcare industry knowledge is a bonus but not required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
