Job Description

A critical access hospital in Northern New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse, House Coordinator to join its growing team. In this role, you will provide leadership and clinical expertise to all nursing departments, including Med/Surg, ED, ICU, Same Day Surgery, Oncology, etc. You will work closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate nursing services and ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team members, act as Charge nurse, and provide direct patient care as needed across all departments.
• Rounding on all nursing departments every 4 hours, and as needed.
• Serving as the clinical backup RN in high acuity units, including ED, ICU, PACU, Same Day Surgery, etc.
• Contribute to the mission, vision, and strategic plan of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license
• 5+ years of RN experience
• 2+ years of experience in the ED or ICU is strongly preferred.

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Schedule: 3x12, 7p-7a
• Pay: $36-54/hr. base, depending on experience, + differentials
