About the Role

As an Internal Medicine RN, you will play a key role in assessing patient needs, coordinating care, and supporting providers in delivering exceptional outpatient care. Your clinical judgment and communication skills will help ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide both direct and indirect patient care in an outpatient setting
• Perform triage, assess symptoms, and determine urgency of clinical needs
• Document symptoms, vitals, patient responses, and progress toward care goals
• Administer medications as directed and monitor patient reactions
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-visit care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care processes and outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely records of all care provided

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license
