Job Description

A critical access hospital in Northern New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department. In this role, you will be an essential member of the patient care team and responsible for delivering direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. You will triage patients, assess symptoms, plan interventions, implement treatment plans, evaluate responses to interventions, and revise care plans based on overall effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care.
• Obtain and document health history, vital signs, and health risk factors.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions.
• Document treatments and progress toward desired outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and care after discharge.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN License.

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position
• 3x12, 7a-7p or 7p-7a
• Pay: $33.25-51/hr. base, depending on experience, + differentials
