Job Description

A critical access hospital in Northern New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Intensive Care Unit. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients within the department. You will engage in caring relationships with patients and families, work collaboratively with other healthcare staff, and use sound judgment while performing nursing and medical interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care.
• Perform comprehensive and timely patient assessments and reassessments.
• Formulate individualized care plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Perform timely evaluations and recognize changes in patient conditions.
• Administer medications as instructed, monitor reactions, and document progress to desired results.
• Maintain and review patient records and charts, including tests and examination results.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN License.

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position
• 3x12, 7a-7p or 7p-7a
• Pay: $33.25-51/hr. base, depending on experience, + differentials
