About the Role

As an ED RN, you will assess, triage, and care for patients with diverse and often complex needs. You’ll develop and implement treatment plans, evaluate patient responses, and continually adjust interventions to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, individualized nursing care in a high-volume, 56-bed Emergency Department
• Care for a diverse patient population, from non-urgent to critical, including medical, trauma, neonatal, pediatric, geriatric, women’s health, and mental health cases
• Utilize the full nursing process to meet age-specific and condition-specific patient needs
• Apply sound clinical judgment and effective decision-making to both patient care and unit-based challenges
• Integrate patient rights, safety practices, and nursing ethics into all aspects of care

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience

Position Details

• Full-time, permanent position
• 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
