A Magnet-designated hospital in White Plains, NY, is searching for a Manager of Care Management. In this role, you will assist the Director of Case Management in overseeing the daily operations of the department, managing personnel, and developing department goals and objectives that align with the hospital’s mission. Responsibilities:

• Supervising and mentoring case management personnel.
• Scheduling staff based on needs, ensuring adequate coverage.
• Assisting with the performance improvement plans, analyzing trends, and identifying areas for development.
• Submitting department budget reports monthly and analyzing discrepancies.
• Working collaboratively and communicating with all levels of interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

• A BSN is required, and an MSN is preferred.
• Active RN License.
• 5+ years of management experience in an acute care hospital.
• Prior experience as a case manager is required.

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, days
• Compensation: $125,000-$188,000, depending on experience.
