Job Description

A renowned senior living facility in New Hampshire is searching for Registered Nurses for its assisted living and skilled nursing facility in Exeter. In this role, you will provide direct care to residents, develop individualized care plans, assess residents, and document changes in residents’ physical and mental status.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care to residents within the facility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized resident care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the care plan and how to properly manage their care.
• Assess patients and document changes in residents’ physical and mental status.
• Administer medications to patients as directed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license.
• Prior experience in LTC is preferred.

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position
• 5x8, 7a-3p or 11p-7a
• Pay: $39.50-47/hr. base, depending on experience, + differentials.
