A highly regarded hospital in Southern New Hampshire is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Nurse Manager to lead its Medical Surgical Unit, specializing in Neuro and Stroke care. As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the unit, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care. You will play a key role in fostering staff engagement, promoting clinical best practices, and driving performance improvement initiatives that support the hospital’s mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical operations within the Neuro/Stroke Med-Surg unit.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to streamline workflows, optimize staffing, and enhance patient flow and satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing staff, promoting professional growth and excellence in practice.
• Implement evidence-based performance improvement and quality initiatives.
• Develop, manage, and monitor departmental budgets and ensure financial accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Active RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of Med/Surg experience required.
• At least 1 year of nursing leadership or management experience required.

Position Details

• Full-time, permanent position
• Schedule: Full-time, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
