Job Description

A healthcare system in Southern New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for its outpatient pediatrics office. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to pediatric patients, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation following established standards and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Perform phone triage and provide direct patient care.
• Obtain and document health history.
• Administer vaccines and document patient response.
• Educate patients and families.
• Maintain and review patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license.
• 2+ years of nursing experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in pediatrics is required.

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS!
