Job Description

A hospital in Southern New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Neuro/Stroke Medical/Surgical Unit. In this role, you will provide compassionate patient care and work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to plan and guide patients to a successful recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to neuro/stroke patients.
• Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients’ needs.
• Document care provided and the patient’s progress toward desired outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
• Administer medications to patients as directed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license.

Additional info:

• Full-time or part-time, permanent position
• Hours: 24-36 hours/week
• Nights or Weekend Baylor day shift available
• $35-45/hr. base, depending on experience, + differentials.
