Job Description
A highly reputable community hospital in Southern NH is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department. In this role, you will triage patients, assess symptoms, plan interventions, implement treatment plans, evaluate responses to interventions, and revise care plans based on overall effectiveness. - Provide direct patient care in a 12-bed emergency department.
- Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
- Document the care provided and the patient’s progress toward the desired goals.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on the plan of care and how to manage care after discharge.
- Administer medications to patients as needed/directed.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Active RN license.
- 1+ years of ED experience.
- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule; 3x12, nights
- Pay; $30-48/hr., depending on experience, + differentials.
