A leading hospital in Southern New Hampshire is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its Weekend Baylor Program in the Med/Surg Neuro Unit. This unique opportunity allows you to work 24 hours per week while being paid for 36 hours, offering an excellent work-life balance without sacrificing compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, direct patient care in the Med/Surg Neuro Unit.
• Perform patient assessments, obtain and document health histories, and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and ongoing care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with standards

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience

Position Highlights

• Full-time, permanent
• Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
