Job Description

A renowned critical access hospital in Northwestern New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Medical/Surgical Unit. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in a 25-bed mixed acuity unit.
• Obtain and document health history, vital signs, and health risk factors.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions.
• Document treatments and progress toward desired outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and care after discharge.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license.

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Schedule; 3x12, 7a-7p
• Pay $28-45/hr., depending on experience, + differentials!
