Job Description

A renowned physical rehabilitation hospital in southern New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join its growing team. About the Role

In this role, you will deliver high-quality nursing care through comprehensive assessment, clinical judgment, and collaborative care planning. You will work closely with patients and their families, supporting them throughout the rehabilitation process and empowering them with the knowledge and tools needed for recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, evidence-based patient care
  • Collect and interpret patient data through history taking and physical assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care
  • Document care and track patient progress toward established goals
  • Educate patients and families on care plans, treatment expectations, and post-discharge management
  • Administer medications as directed and monitor patient responses

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active RN license
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required

Position Highlights
