Job Description
We have partnered with a renowned Magnet hospital in White Plains, NY, on their search for a Registered Nurse for its Critical Care Unit. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, assess the patient’s needs, develop care plans, implement and evaluate nursing regimens, and collaborate with physicians, peers, and various healthcare team members. - Utilize the nursing process to meet the age-specific needs of the patient in all aspects of care.
- Use appropriate steps in the decision-making process related to patient care and unit-based issues.
- Integrate patient rights and nursing ethics into work practice.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
- Sustain and advance the Magnet model.
- A BSN is required.
- 2+ years of clinical experience is required.
- BLS certification is required.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Hours: Nights, 7 pm-7 am
- Compensation: $50-$66.50/hr. + shift differentials, depending on experience.
