Job Description
We have partnered with a renowned hospital in Southern NH in their search for a Registered Nurse for their Progressive Care Unit. In this role, you will assess patients upon admission using appropriate interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, lab work, x-rays, and other diagnostic tests. - Provide direct patient care.
- Obtain and document health history, vital signs, and health risk factors.
- Administer medications, monitor, and document treatment progress and patient response.
- Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
- Maintain and review patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.
- Active RN license.
- 1+ years of clinical experience.
- PCU or Med/Surg experience is a plus.
- An ADN is required, and a BSN is preferred.
- Full-time or part-time, permanent position
- Schedule; 3x8 or 4x8, 3p-1130p or 11p-730a
- Pay $35-45/hr., depending on experience, + differentials.
