Job Description
A renowned hospital in Southern NH is searching for a Registered Nurse for its new Weekend Baylor program. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation. This exciting opportunity allows you to work 36 hours/week and be compensated for 48 hours/week and offers full employee benefits! Currently, we have multiple positions available in the ICU. - Provide direct patient care.
- Obtain and document health history, vital signs, and health risk factors.
- Administer medications, monitor, and document treatment progress and patient response.
- Educate patients and families about health status, v.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
- Maintain and review patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.
- Active RN license.
- 1+ years of ICU experience.
- A BSN is preferred.
- Permanent position
- Schedule; Saturday-Monday, 7p-7a
- Pay $35-45/hr., depending on experience, + differentials.
