A prestigious healthcare system in Southern NH is searching for a Clinical Resource Nurse for its Critical Care Float Pool. In this role, you will assist the Clinical Nurse Manager with the day-to-day operations and the management of patient care. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Nursing Supervisor and Charge Nurses throughout the organization, facilitating new nurses as they transition off orientation, assisting with patient flow, and supporting the nursing supervision team.
• Perform as a nursing mentor on off shifts and respond to all Rapid Responses and Code Blues.
• Develop an overall view of patients, families, and caregivers, and establishes strong partnerships with them to deliver optimal care.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care across multiple units throughout the hospital.
• Maintain and review patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.

• An ASN is required, and a BSN is preferred.
• Active RN license.
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

• Full-time, permanent position
• Hours: 32 hours/week, 4x8, 12a-8a.
• Pay; $37-51/hr., depending on experience + shift differentials.
