A reputable hospital in Southern New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Critical Care Float Pool. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation. This is an exciting opportunity for you to gain experience across multiple critical care units within a fast-paced hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect patient care across multiple critical care units.
• Obtain and document health history, vital signs, and health risk factors.
• Administer medications, monitor, and document treatment progress and patient response.
• Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and care after discharge.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
• Maintain and review patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.

Qualifications:

• A BSN is required.
• Active RN license.
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Schedule; 3x12, 7p-730a
• Pay; $37-45/hr., depending on experience + differentials.
