Position Overview

As a Critical Care Float Pool RN, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, including comprehensive assessment, treatment implementation, care planning, and evaluation of patient outcomes. This position is ideal for adaptable nurses who enjoy variety and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care across multiple critical care units
• Perform patient assessments, including health history, vital signs, and risk factors
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring and documenting patient responses
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience required
