A prestigious hospital in Southern New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join its Psychiatric/Behavioral Health Unit. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As part of our behavioral health team, you’ll play a vital role in assessing, planning, and delivering individualized nursing care to patients, while working closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in a 24-bed inpatient behavioral health unit.
• Conduct thorough health assessments, including patient history, vital signs, and risk factors.
• Administer medications and monitor treatment effectiveness, documenting patient responses accurately.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, health maintenance, and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain and review patient charts, care plans, and all relevant documentation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Active RN license.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (behavioral health experience a plus).

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Schedule: 3x12, 7 AM-7 PM or 7 PM-7 AM
