A highly reputable community hospital in Southern New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Unit. In this role, you will assess symptoms, plan interventions, implement treatment plans, evaluate responses to interventions, and revise care plans based on overall effectiveness. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care.
• Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
• Document the care provided and the patient’s progress toward the desired goals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on the plan of care and how to manage care after discharge.
• Administer medications to patients as needed/directed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license.

• Full-time, permanent position
• Schedule; 3x12
• Two shifts available: 7a-7p and 7p-7a
• Pay; $30-48/hr., depending on experience, + differentials.
