A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Telemetry Unit. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. You will play a crucial part in supporting patients with acute and complex conditions while working alongside a collaborative and supportive clinical team.

About the Role

As a Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for monitoring cardiac rhythms, assessing changes in patient condition, responding to emergent situations, and implementing individualized care plans. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and provide direct nursing care to telemetry patients.
• Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms, identify abnormalities, and promptly respond to changes in patient status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with provider orders and clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the electronic medical record.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• A BSN is preferred.
• Active RN License.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred.

Position details

• Full-time or part-time, permanent position
• 24-36 hours/week, days and nights available
