A respected, forward-thinking healthcare system in New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Medical/Surgical Unit. In this rewarding role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care for patients, building meaningful relationships with individuals and families while collaborating closely with a skilled interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population within a fast-paced 18-bed Med/Surg unit.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, gather clinical data, and develop individualized care plans.
• Document all care and monitor patients’ progress toward established outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-discharge care needs.
• Administer medications and perform nursing interventions safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license

Position Details

• Full-time, permanent role
• Schedule: 3x12, nights
