A reputable and rapidly growing healthcare system in New Hampshire is seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join its dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, timely care to patients in a fast-paced Level II Trauma Center, while collaborating closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

As an ED RN, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a diverse patient population. You’ll build therapeutic relationships with patients and families, utilize critical thinking during emergent situations, and contribute to an environment committed to excellence in emergency care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, patient-centered emergency nursing care
• Conduct thorough history-taking and physical assessments to guide clinical decisions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress toward goals
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care
• Administer medications and perform interventions in accordance with orders and protocols

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department experience required
